Rio's Filius is the full brother to one of the best amateur hunters
in the US, "Eye Remember Rio", who has guided his legally blind
rider to numerous Hunter Championships at some of the most
prestigious horse shows on the east coast.
Rio's Filius had been license by both
the CSHA (score of 83.5%) and is fully approved with CSHA. He was
licensed with CWHBA but due to an injury has been unable to
fulfill the performance requirements to obtain stallion approval for
CWHBA. We have bred several of
our mares to him over the past couple of years and like his foals so
much that we have bred all of the mares to Filius in 2007
that we would normally have bred to his sire Rio Grande. |
