Vasco Da Gama was the top scoring stallion at CSHA's Ontario inspection in the fall of 2007.
He was described as a very athletic stallion showing exceptional talent in free jumping, typifying
the ideal model of the modern performance horse. He achieved a score of 8.0 .

Vasco Da Gama has had an incredible show season in 2007 winning the Ontario Championships for 6 year old horses with a huge lead and finishing second on the final day of the Canadian Championships with a double clear round.

Vasco competed in six 1.30 m classes in Lexington, KY in the summer of 2007 and went double clear in all six classes.


Voltaire was one of Europe's most successful sires of show jumpers. He has also been the top producer of Hunters as per USEF ranking.
Raphael is another legendary sire of show jumpers and has produced numerous international horses such as Spruce Meadows Masters Winner Radiator and Eric Lamaze's top horses Rio Grande and Raphael.

Vasco's exceptional performance bloodlines are rounded out by the legendary Hanoverian stallion Grannus.


Vasco Da Gama's temperament is second to none, he has the most easy going disposition that you will ever find in a stallion. We have high hopes that this extremely talented stallion will become a successful Grand Prix competitor within the next few years.
