Broodmares for Sale
As Augustin is now past the "official" retirement age, we would like to slowly reduce our broodmare herd from currently well over 30 mares to approximately 20 - 25 mares.
Where else in North America can you choose your next broodmare from a proven herd of 30 mares, view offspring of the mare and meet the sire of her 2007 foal ?
We do have mares of all age groups, from three year olds that can still be started under saddle & prepared for a career in the show ring to mares whose offspring is already competing successfully in the hunter, dressage or jumper ring;
Most of our younger mares carry the proven bloodlines of Rio Grande and are in foal for 2007 to Elite Hanoverian Stallions Viva Voltaire or Futurist and Hunter Champion Cabardino
We have several imported Hanoverian and Oldenburg mares, Canadian born Hanoverian and Oldenburg registered mares as well as a large selection of Canadian registered warmblood mares - all with European (mostly Hanoverian) bloodlines;
It has always been Augustin's policy to keep many of the best mares in the herd as broodmares rather than selling them as performance horses we therefore have an OUTSTANDING selection of premium mares.
